Pastor Ben Anderson

Executive Director

Pastor Benjamin Anderson has been working in Southeast Colorado Springs community for 15 years. He has collaborated with many different non-profits and faith-based organizations to impact Southeast Colorado Springs. Pastor Ben retired from the Army with a distinguished career and a very successful profession in the business arena. He is a former prison chaplain, started Colorado Springs Music and Arts Center and now Solid Rock Community Development Corporation. Pastor Ben is also Senior Pastor of Solid Rock Christian Center.

Shameeka Ford

Associate Director

Shameeka Ford has a wealth of knowledge in community and economic development as well as talent and program management. She brings over 15 years of leadership and project management experience to assist SRCDC in its continued initiative to nurture and preserve Colorado Springs' Southeast heritage. In her free time, Shameeka enjoys staying involved in her community and spending time with her family.

Yevgeniya Tsyganok 

Food Center Coordinator

Yevgeniya Tsyganok, born in Ukraine and at the age of 7 relocated to the USA. She is proud to call Colorado Springs her home. Yevgeniya’s passion is people, and she loves working in SE Colorado Springs community to make it a better living space. She loves helping others any way she can. “I know that even if I am short on resources, there’s always something I CAN do to help.” Yev believes she would not be where she is without her amazing community and so many amazing family and friends.

Deborah Anderson 

Youth Programs Coordinator

Deborah Anderson was born and raised in Colorado Springs and has performed on stage since elementary school. She graduated from the University of Denver with her Master’s in Vocal Performance-Opera in 2023 and joined the SRCDC team shortly after. Since growing up with a family that prioritized community outreach, Deborah immediately knew she wanted to be of service to others. As the Youth Program Coordinator at Solid Rock CDC, Deborah has enjoyed working with youth ranging from 13-17 years of age in the southeast Colorado Springs area. She hopes to merge her background in the arts with community investment to foster an environment where the new generations can thrive.
